  Place the unused items in their original Arthur Price presentation packaging and ensure they are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you retain a proof of postage.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
